The Objective

To build a visual language for a beauty and wellness brand that brought its solutions from India. The products were going to be launched only in the USA. Therefore, the packaging design had to reflect the innate Indian-ness of the brand and its products.

Product Attributes

Opulent | Indian | Premium | Traditional

Through the brainstorming process, following keywords and mood board was arrived at. India to the world outside is known as the "Land of colourful chaos".  Then the idea was to utilize the colorful chaos to our advantage. Bring out the opulence and "Indianness" through its larger than life detailed and ornate architecture and colourful patterns.

Mud Mask

A single motif was developed taking inspiration from the patterns of the forts of Rajasthan and since the products had flavor variations, those were depicted through the different colours.
