I had the chance to see Bhakti help build a 0-1 product for us - a patient-focused CRM for healthcare. She dealt with such a large range of complex issues. It was for our 3 largest customers so she frequently encountered the dynamics of customer priorities shifting and the complexity of building and gaining trust of key customer stakeholders.

She had to learn about the challenges of compliance, PHI and other healthcare regulatory hurdles. It required technical concepts; clinical EHR data (electronic health records), data pipelining and complex SQL querying structures.
